Day 1 – Gotta trim down before the wedding!
I have been in such a funk for the past year. Last year at this time I was 222lbs, which was a weigh I had not been at since 2004-05! Now my fat ass sits at 260lbs! Never have I been this fat….Ever! My body is hitting its limit of extra weight, I can feel it sucking the energy from me. Just walking for 5-10 minutes is making me wheeze , and that’s not good. So since 260lbs is a nice round number, I broke out the camera and measuring tape today to take notes. I plan on taking pictures and measurements every 10lbs that I lose. This week I will be DRASTICALLY cutting back on the shit I put into my system. Its going to be just a ton of chicken breast, turkey breast, beans and veggies that enter my system this week. I will also be starting back at the gym with a very light workout. I will probably just do 3 visits to the gym, each with a 15 minute walk on the treadmill and 1 exercise per muscle group split over the 3 days. Here were my meals for today….
Breakfast – Was 2 eggs over hard, red beans, peas and black coffee
Lunch 1 – Was from Chipolte, Double Chicken Bowl with Black beans, tomatoes, fajita veggies and guacamole….and iced black coffee
Lunch 2 – Was from Chipolte, Double Carnitas Bowl with Black beans, tomatoes, fajita veggies and guacamole….and hot black tea
