After soo many failed attempts to get back on the 4 Hour Body diet. I have come to the decision to go in another direction for the next few weeks. I am 106 days away from boarding a plane to Mexico for my wedding.

I have been in such a funk for the past year. Last year at this time I was 222lbs, which was a weigh I had not been at since 2004-05! Now my fat ass sits at 260lbs! Never have I been this fat….Ever! My body is hitting its limit of extra weight, I can feel it sucking the energy from me. Just walking for 5-10 minutes is making me wheeze , and that’s not good
